Community Guidelines

These Guidelines apply to all Users and Influencers using the Celaeno Platform and must be read with the Terms of Use and User Safety and Protection Policy. Users are expected to communicate respectfully, provide honest profile information, respect the rights of others and refrain from using the Platform for harassment, fraud, exploitation or other unlawful conduct. Users must not misrepresent their age or identity, use another person's photograph to create a misleading profile or falsely claim to have undergone verification.

Users must respect another person's decision not to reply, end a conversation, decline an interaction or refuse to share personal information. Threats, stalking, intimidation, blackmail, persistent unwanted contact and coercive behaviour are prohibited. Users must not share another person's photographs, messages, telephone number, home address, live location or identity documents without the necessary rights, consent and lawful basis. Intimate images, compromising photographs and manipulated images must not be used to threaten, humiliate or control another person. A User's decision to share information privately does not give the recipient unrestricted permission to publish or misuse it.

The Platform must not be used to obtain money, confidential information or financial benefits through deception. This includes fabricated emergencies, false investment or employment promises, requests for OTPs or banking credentials, manipulated payment confirmations, impersonation of banks or government authorities, and threats to disclose private photographs unless money is paid. Users should not assume that a person is trustworthy merely because they have a verified profile or appear financially established. A User who suspects a scam should stop sharing sensitive information, preserve relevant messages and transaction records and report the account

Users must not solicit unlawful sexual services, engage in sexual exploitation, threaten another person with sexual content or facilitate trafficking or non-consensual acts. Repeated sexual remarks, demands for intimate photographs or pressure to engage in sexual activity after refusal are prohibited. Payment for an Influencer interaction or subscription does not entitle a User to sexual activity or intimate content. Content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts is strictly prohibited and may be reported to competent authorities where required or lawfully permitted.

Users must not encourage or pressure another person to commit suicide or engage in self-harm, or use threats of self-harm as a means of blackmail or control. Content indicating an immediate risk may be reviewed and restricted where reasonably necessary. Celaeno may take proportionate protective steps within its available capabilities and contact competent authorities where required or lawfully justified. Celaeno may investigate, remove content, restrict an account, suspend access or terminate an account depending on the seriousness of the conduct, available evidence and applicable law. Temporary action may be taken where necessary to prevent harm or preserve evidence. Where available, an affected User may request review through an enquiry@celaeno.in
