1. About Trust & Safety
Celaeno aims to make connecting with your favourite Filipino influencers and content creators a more transparent and reliable experience. We encourage users to make informed choices, protect their personal information, and report activity that raises concerns.
2. Profile Authenticity
Users are expected to provide accurate information and represent themselves honestly on the platform. Impersonation, misleading profiles, and unauthorised use of another person’s identity or photographs are not permitted.
Where verification checks are available, they may help establish the authenticity of an account. However, a profile or verification indicator should not be treated as a guarantee of a person’s identity, intentions, or conduct.
3. Safe Calls and Bookings
Before booking a call, review the available profile information and booking details carefully. Keep your interactions respectful and use Celaeno’s designated booking and payment processes.
Be cautious if someone asks you to make payments outside the platform, share sensitive information, or engage in activities unrelated to your booking. Do not share passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, or other confidential details with anyone.
4. Protecting your privacy
Avoid sharing your home address, financial details, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information during calls unless there is a legitimate reason and you are comfortable doing so.
Respect other users’ privacy as well. Unauthorised recording, sharing of private information, impersonation, and misuse of another person’s content may violate Celaeno’s policies or applicable law.

5. Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you come across a fake profile, suspicious payment request, harassment, impersonation, or other conduct that concerns you, report it to safety@celaeno.in.
Provide the relevant profile details and a brief description of the issue. Celaeno may review the report and take appropriate action based on the available information, which may include restricting or suspending an account.
6. Our Approach to Trust
Trust is a shared responsibility. Celaeno expects users to act honestly, respect personal boundaries, and follow platform policies. We may review and improve our safety practices as the platform evolves, but we cannot guarantee that every account or interaction will be free from risk.
